Iowa couldn't hit water from a boat at this point, they've missed 11 of their last 13 FG attempts. They're also doing fantastically from the line, much like Syracuse yesterday afternoon in New York. Purdue has built itself a nice lead to take into the locker room at halftime. They just called a lane violation on Kentucky, after Miss State called a timeout. Bulldogs got the ball and hit a buzzer beater to send it to OT. If you heard a loud "OH!" in your vicinity, I'm sorry.
Miami also hit a buzzer beater to take a 10-point at the half against Boston College. Why are teams underestimating the terrible Hurricanes? As Tony Kornheiser said on his show today, they lost to Binghamton...AT HOME!
Clarification on the timeout-lane violation situation in the UK-MSU game. The refs appeared to call the lane violation before MSU called the timeout.
